ACCOUNT MANAGER: JOB DESCRIPTION

What we’re looking for in the candidate:

• To act as a link between the company and the client.
• Handle multiple accounts right from receiving design briefs, briefing the design team and managing account deliverables within the set timelines.
• Actively engaging with the designing team to ensure that the design solution being presented to the client meets/surpasses expectations.
• Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.
• Allotting work to the team members, and updating them if there are any changes needed.
• Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
• Responsible for delivery of creatives of all projects and ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables at all times.
• Working towards growing client retention.
• Manage and keep your team motivated.
• Manage Team’s KPI.
• Manage Team’s Roster.
• Present monthly reports your reporting manager & management.
• Evaluate performance of your team and work towards your team’s growth plan.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience.
• A team player, who has an eye for details, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a background in Graphic Designing/ has an in-depth understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.
• Applicant must be a level-headed person with strong communication skills.
• Should possess understanding of softwares like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Adept at multitasking, decision making and problem solving.
• Ability to handle crisis situations with ease.
• High quality work output.
• Quick response to deadlines and an eye for detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word , Powerpoint, Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month

• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Team management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Adobe XD: 1 year (Preferred)
