Experience: – 3-4 years
Qualification: – BCA/MCA, BCSIT, BE (IT/computer)

Job Description: –

• Understanding of Products/Solutions deeply and prepare the Demo copy OR Training Copy with manual data entries in software with various business case / use case
• Assist in client’s requirement understanding & identifying system requirements
• Assist in preparing business requirement document, system requirement specification document and relevant technical documents
• Solution Implementation & Training to end-users
• Develop training presentation & help manual
• Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review technical requirements
• Troubleshooting & bug fixes with the help of other technical team
• Record & track customer support requirement, change requests and technical requirements

Skills Required: –

• Experience of SQL Server-TSQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers
• Experience of integrations of different systems
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill

Contract length: 24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
