Duties:
Reading, monitoring and responding to your boss’s email,
answering calls and liaising with clients competently,
delegating work in your boss’s absence,
diary management,
attending meetings on your boss’s behalf and with boss.
drafting communications on your boss’s behalf,
managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
typing documents, Beautiful Personality ,Open minded lady required
Pushing the employees to give the output/report as per his requirements
Communication skills should be good
Sending mails to clients and staff on Director’s behalf
coordinating between staff and Director pertaining to works entrusted. Collecting reports from staff
Domestic and abroad tours planning.
Arranging meetings with clients. Preparation of Agenda for the meetings.
Reminding the appointments to Director from time to time.
Studying the market in the target country or countries
identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends
planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges
meeting with clients here or overseas
negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets
organising licences and other legal requirements for certain products, such as pharmaceuticals
managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents
troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.
Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
