As our Operations Officer, you’ll support success by:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Backlog planning and Production fulfillment
Support on MBL / Scheduling activities
Committing Estimated Production Date in prep to actual production and ATP Rules
Delivering committed production turn around
Production Inspection related activity such as MRP labeling, Pick inspection, etc
Support on the flow of consignment stock and its accuracy
Warehouse management – Oracle Pick, Pack and Ship as applicable
Machine / Line Maintenance with records as applicable
Reports and Management of records
Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with any form of production / production line / distribution related activity.
Knowledge on Oracle ERP will be an add on

Education and/or Experience
Graduates with exposure to similar or relevant field of work
Preferred At least 1 year or more related work experience
Exposure to relevant compliance protocols such as MRP / EPR will be beneficial
Language Skills
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
The role may require the ability to converse in regional and local dialects
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with the Windows operating systems
Familiar with the use of a laptop and / or desktop
