As our Operations Officer, you’ll support success by:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Backlog planning and Production fulfillment

• Support on MBL / Scheduling activities

• Committing Estimated Production Date in prep to actual production and ATP Rules

• Delivering committed production turn around

• Production Inspection related activity such as MRP labeling, Pick inspection, etc

• Support on the flow of consignment stock and its accuracy

• Warehouse management – Oracle Pick, Pack and Ship as applicable

• Machine / Line Maintenance with records as applicable

• Reports and Management of records

  Market Knowledge:

• Familiarity with any form of production / production line / distribution related activity.

• Knowledge on Oracle ERP will be an add on

  Education and/or Experience

• Graduates with exposure to similar or relevant field of work

• Preferred At least 1 year or more related work experience

• Exposure to relevant compliance protocols such as MRP / EPR will be beneficial

  Language Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

• The role may require the ability to converse in regional and local dialects

  Computer Skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Familiar with the Windows operating systems

• Familiar with the use of a laptop and / or desktop
