Job Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of call center BPO experience
• Must have extensive phone experience
• Must have a college degree
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection and windows computer

Job Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone and email.
• Schedule appointments with our medical providers
• Coordinate referrals with medical providers
• Attend weekly team meetings and coordinate with coworkers to improve processes

Other:
1) This is a work from home / remote position.
2) Working hours for this position are : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm US Central Standard Time
3) Employee will be eligible for paid time off, annual bonuses and raises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
