ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India) Looking For Deputy Director – International Division at Greater Delhi Area Full Time

We are looking for:

Qualification

• Education: Postgraduate degree in International Business, Economics, MBA, MBE, or Public Policy
• Industry Exposure: Prior experience in trade bodies, government agencies, or multilateral organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Will lead strategic efforts aimed at enhancing India’s global footprint, fostering international cooperation, and promoting the interests of Indian industries within a broader context of foreign policy.
• Work with Indian missions abroad, counterpart chambers, industry and others to plan and execute outbound and inbound delegations.
• Work closely with Government stakeholders to lead business forums for inbound and outbound delegations, Heads of States visits, trade negotiations, etc.
• Manage and grow ASSOCHAM’s lobal network of stakeholders, including international institutions, multilateral agencies, think tanks, and universities, to advocate for industry positions on national and global policy and economic issues.
• Drive revenue generation, team management, and relationship management with all stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of international business and geopolitical developments to drive content creation for Indian industry members about impact on Indian trade and identification of opportunities.
