Key job responsibilities
Amazon is a highly data driven company and highly passionate about its customers. In this context it is vital to ensure that the customers always get their orders on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs involve a large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles of a process associate is to mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety, quality and productivity in mind.
A day in the life
1) Daily Management of shift.
2) Administrative management of associates
3) Job allocation to associates
4) Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
5) Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
6) Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
7) Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis.
Experience with MS office tools and Amazon FC tools preferred.
