Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive (Travel Coordinator) to support the exciting set up and growth and take charge of all travel arrangements to enable this.
Office Admin needs to ensure the smooth running of our work environments and enabling a healthy, enjoyable and effective working experience for employees.
You must be able to react quickly to change, be able to make good decisions when facing uncertainty and have a keen ability to solve problems as they arise.
Specific Responsibilities:
Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.
Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities.
Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.
Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
Arranging travel accommodations for business visitors.
Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies.
Preparing travel budget reports.
Analyzing and preparing reports on travel spend.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Relevant Experience: 1 – 4 years
Desired Skills & Characteristics:
Experience in office management or administration
Fluent English, Hindi and other local languages
Experienced with travel desk operation
Well organised, accountable with an attention to detail, hardworking and a quick learner
Can-do attitude, open-minded and approachable personality for understanding and supporting employees’ needs
Ability to handle multi-tasks under pressure
