The Service Design and Transition Manager is responsible for leading the service workstream within projects to deliver efficient and effective management of service design and ensure the seamless transition into the BAU teams. This may include defining the strategy, creating new service models, delivery of agreed service artefacts (design and transition phases), ensuring the user and operational perspectives are designed into the new service and managing the ATS process. The role collaborates with the Transition and Service Design Lead. Focus areas include non functional requirements, contracts, governance, partner management, service team set up including ServiceNow & support team training and the ATS process. The role is also responsible for driving Service & Service Design awareness across delivery teams within ETS Global Delivery to enable ‘service thinking’ from the beginning of any project. This includes understanding any new service strategies or changes, for agreed areas within ETS, and communicated across the relevant teams.
