About the role
We are looking for an Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Experience: Fresher or internship experience
Education: Graduation (any stream)
The primary roles and responsibilities for this role are : –
1. Provide appropriate solutions to customer’s queries and doubts.
2. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, receive orders, cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions & record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
4. Resolve customer complaints via call/chat/email.
5.Work on gaining knowledge of our products, inside-out, so as to answer questions.
6.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
