What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is as passionate about the emergence of the Web3 as we are; someone for whom spending all day immersed in extracting insights from datasets and developing new simulated data-driven models and interpreting the results for everyone to understand represents a dream job.

Strong knowledge of the space is a must. This includes technical and economic factors, as well as a working knowledge of topics like algorithmic stable-coins, money market protocols and DEXes, and how all these can impact the emerging Web3 ecosystem.

– Our ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, comfortable challenging viewpoints or having their opinions challenged, and can work with data and draw actionable insights from it. Must be proficient in English and have strong written (and ideally oral) communication skills.

What you’ll be doing:
– Extract insights from data-sets and build simulated models to improve upon currently implemented incentive designs and risk modelling techniques.

– Develop methodologies to automate data sourcing and analysis and expose the same via APIs

– Codify statistical analyses to identify significant events in price and on-chain data

– Collaborate with researchers to understand their needs for particular applications

– Contributing to the cutting edge of crypto research analytics

What we need to see:
– BSc or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, etc.), or related degree

– Excellent Python programming skills

– 2+ years of programming experience

– Able to work effectively with a team of researchers, in a fast paced environment

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
