PROFILE SUMMARY

We are hiring Business associate/ Management associate, or brand ambassadors, who can represent our brands through various means of one to one communication, also over a period of time start hiring, training & leading a team of associates, which give them a platform to lay a foundation of their own strategic Management Unit in association with us, giving them an unlikely opportunity to fulfill their entrepreneurship dreams.

Job description
1. Representing various Brands through various channels of Face to Face Communication, Tele Sales & Marketing, reference influencing / reference marketing.

2. Designing, Leading and Managing B to B, B to C, Events, promotional Campaigns

3. Challenge yourselves and learn at an incredible pace

4. Play an important role in the sales and marketing lifecycle

PROFILE ENHANCEMENT

We select our candidates as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management i.e, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and Operations over a period of 4-6-8 months as per the following certified Advantage Training Program (ATP): Selected candidates will be trained on an accredited global training into various functions of management to give them an overall understanding of running a strategic business unit. This position starts with a Business Associate who is sequentially trained to be a Corporate Trainer, then a Corporate Team Leader, then an ABH and finally a BH.

Job Summary-

• Designing dynamic and innovative marketing strategies for blue chip companies
• Involves leading a team of 20 to 30 people working in various functions of management.
• Business exposure to manage promotional campaigns on National / International level.
• Team Building and mentoring

Desired candidate profile– Qualification criteria: Freshers/Graduates/ Post Graduates–

Immediate starters required.- Excited / Adaptive / Excellent Communication

– Preferring Jaipur Based personnel only

– Available to join on an immediate basis

– Dynamic and Hardworking with a Learners Mindset

– An acumen to work on the various process of Marketing, Business Development and Sales Functions

– The comfort to facilitate formal and informal Communication between various layers of the organisation

(Compensation will be anywhere between 2.5L- 6L per annum completely depending on a candidate’s performance.
