What you’ll do at Ather:
General Administration Support: Answer calls, schedule meetings, track and report expenses, track and order supplies, process invoices/expenses. Manage learning qualifications for organization including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Safety training
Presentation Design and Execution: Capture strategies and messaging in innovative PowerPoint presentations
Communications Management: Manage the interface with Corporate Communications to plan key communications via video recordings, internal news articles, communication cascades, group meetings, etc.
Project Coordination: Prioritize and coordinate projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Statutory Compliance: Handle MSEB, Shop ACT, and other local government bodies
Marketing Team support: Arrange owners’ meets across locations, arange vehicle transportation for launch and influencer events
HR Team activities support: Support all hands, recruitment drive, induction arrangements, etc.
Here’s what we are looking for:
Experience in facility management, people management, travel management and cafeteria management
Flexibility in response to change; ability to accommodate new methods and procedures
Ability to function independently as well as part of a team
Multi-tasking skills
Good communication skills
Broad knowledge of business departments and their functions
You bring to Ather:
A Bachelor’s in any field science/commerce/arts
3-8 years of experience in facility management and travel desk operation
