What you’ll do at Ather: You will be part of the in-house creative team and help in building brand Ather. As part of this role you will be responsible for generating copy and content for building awareness, engaging the existing community, and promoting new products.

You will be the brand custodian of all written communication created for Ather. You will be responsible for

• Conceptualizing creative, communication, and content solutions to build desirability in launch markets
• Building brand personality and brand love by enhancing the quality of small to big touch points
• ATL + Digital campaigns
• Asset Management – Website & app

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 3-4 years of experience in content creation and/or copywriting
• Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written. Great hold on language and grammar
• Creative thinking along with an ability to write direct, clean and to-the-tone communication
• UI/UX content writing will be an added advantage
• Comprehension skills
  • Aware of the latest trends in content generation and distribution
  • Ability to focus on work at hand
• Concentration to analyze the document at hand for minute details
• Ability to collaborate with the team and across teams
• Inviting feedback from your stakeholders
• Should have good interpersonal skills in Interacting with and Understanding people, professional attitude, and ability to interact with a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work in high pressure situations and on multiple projects during the peak season
