Ather Energy Hiring for FP&A Specialist at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

You’ll be aligned with: Lead Financial planning and analysis

You’ll be a member of: Corporate Finance & Accounts

What You’ll do at ather:
Business Performance Reporting: Preparation and presentation of periodic management/ investors reports (Consolidated & detailed financials at SBU level, supporting KPIs with analytical inputs)

Variance Analysis: Manage/ control deviations in budgets/ forecasts with greater accuracy

Analysis & Insights: Consolidating Product wise report, analyse & present the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on the potential impacts of business initiatives

Management Budgeting & Forecasting: Include monthly/ quarterly forecast and annual Budget.

Create/ assist in developing financial tools/ models to develop long range planning, annual budgets and monthly forecasts and streamline decision making and partnering with cross functional teams

Analysis & Insight: Pre-Assist management in strategy & decision making with improved forecasting

Periodic review meetings to support and influence key operational and strategic decisions

Review & explain key performance indices to business stakeholders & raise red flags

Perform ad-hoc analysis/ business performance reporting and insights on specific issues

Best Practices: Preparing SOPs, implementing reporting framework based on best industry practices, focus on automation & standardized system driven reporting, (e.g., Automation of Management reporting, implementation of financial planning tools, Dashboards etc.)

Advanced Financial Modelling and Data Analytical Skills

Highly Skilled in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Reporting

Proficient in Excel, Macros & creating PowerPoint presentations

Behavioural Competencies: Strategic thought process, Relationship management, Decision making ability, Influencing & Negotiating skills, Collaboration & partnering

Start-up mentality – the ability to work in an agile manner in a dynamic environment

Preferred skill set – Experience in supporting financial reporting in ERP environment by utilising data from multiple source systems (applications – MS office, SAP Cloud Analytics, Tableau, etc)

You Bring to Ather:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A domain (preferred industry – Retail/ Automobile)
