Ather Energy Hiring for Lab Shift Incharge at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

What you’ll do at Ather:

As a PRD Shift Incharge, you will be responsible for

• Responsible for Handling Test lab shift operations where he will be responsible for ensuring the shift operations
• Responsible for managing the Lab technicians to ensure that the necessary result is achieved.
• in charge of lab rigs like chassis dyno, transmission dynos, chamber activity, and maintenance.
• He will be responsible for installation and commission of test rigs like chassis dynos, climatic chamber, transmission rigs etc..
• Responsible for execution of test cases for PRD attributes.
• Responsible for All the service and maintenance of equipment/rigs.
• Work closely with PRD engineers for the attributes testing and ensuring accuracy of the same
• Raising bugs and highlighting the critical failures in the system/vehicle immediately
• Responsible for proper usage of equipments/Instruments and machineries
• Adhering to test standards/procedure suit the testing needs
• Responsible for creating quality test reports with relevant information

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in dyno operations and its controls especially from the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle performance
• Proven experience of working in instrumentation, data acquisition and data processing
• Basic Data analysis skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent data visualization skills
• Should be willing to come in 3 shifts

What you bring to Ather:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other equivalent field.
• 3 to 5 years automotive lab testing work experience
