What you’ll do at Ather:
Design and set up process flow & framework for the sales & delivery planning function.
Determine the mathematical model for setting up period target and allocation for each point-of-sales (Retail Partner or Self owned) for each SKU
Breaking down yearly dispatch projection into actionable – Daily, Weekly, and Monthly targets with all influencing parameters
Guide the Cross Functional team with data to achieve 100% ETBR (Enquiry, Test rides, Bookings, Retails or in other words the entire sales funnel) Target adherence by monitoring the progress & lapses.
Define various geographical influenced parameters to determine the regional sales target and allocation with flawless execution.
Recommending overall sales objectives, developing and implementing a way of working to ensure its achievement.
Liasoning between the network expansion, Manufacturing and Logistics.
Competition mapping, Tracking Competitive landscape, identifying opportunities, and preparing adequate countermeasures.
Key action owner in planning and execution of new model or initiative launches
Drive innovative methodologies via programs to accelerate market demand to ensure optimum stock turnover/ minimum inventory holding time (reducing VDC stock aging)
Materialize the corporate business strategy with Agile planning and responsive execution.
Build the capability for data/analytics driven sales panning at the granular level.
Skills/ Experienced in –
Insights of regional festivals/cyclical demand to design the volume plan
Understanding of Dealer (RP) working style to manage wholesales and dispatches
Ability to handle large number of SKUs (variant/colour) with ease while planning, effective inventory management
Experience of showcasing the data points effectively to CXOs
Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting tools
Ability to manage stakeholders – ASM, ZSM etc w.r.t monthly allocation
Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective
Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results
Solid understanding of basic sales planning methods / technique
Excellent organizational skills and time and team management abilities
Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision
Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

A total experience of 6-8 yrs
A graduate with experience in planning across any domains (FMCG, Automobile, spares) is a requirement with a recent background in sales and SKU’s planning.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors – Any stream (Mba ,PMP/PGMP preferred)
6-8 years of experience in planning for multiple sku’s across any industry.
