What will I be doing at Ather?
Responsible to manage a group of service trainers and OJT Technicians
Designing and executing service orientation programs from new Hire
Schedule the training planner, communicate job expectations and enforce policies and processes for new hires.
Responsible for achieving vehicle service training operational objectives by contributing Service training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining Service training system improvements; implementing change.
Meets Service training financial objectives by forecasting Service training requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Determines training requirements by studying Service and marketing strategic plans and current Service results; conferring with Service executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.
Develops job results resources by designing information systems; maintaining libraries and databases; building interactive and integrated job support systems.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes Service training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Ensures training content is periodically updated
