Job Summary

• We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
• As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks which includes scheduling appointments, answering emails, making travel arrangements, creating databases, and performing research on various subjects. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using different tools.
• Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

What you’ll do?

• Attend all important/relevant meetings with both internal/external stakeholders.
• Calendar management and appointment scheduling
• Online research on market trends
• Maintaining official records
• Database management
• Manage communication and answer emails
• Prepare and organize databases and reports
• Take notes or transcribe meetings conducted online and share minutes of meeting
• Schedule meeting spaces and conference rooms

What you’ll bring?

• 2-5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with designing, presentation, and report-making tools.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to research.
• Attention to detail.

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
