Atlas Copco (India) Ltd. Hiring For Visual Communication Designer at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

We are now looking for a Visual Communication Designer to strengthen our team. You will develop creative ideas, concepts and material based on customer briefs. You are expected to elevate ideas and add innovations that meets and exceeds business objectives. Together with the account manager you will ensure the development of high-end communication, branding and graphic design solutions aligned to brand position and visual identity. Once the design is approved you will be responsible for its execution. You will be expected to take full ownership of the design process to ensure that timelines and expectations are met. You have a strong brand and communication understanding and experience from corporate branding. It is an extra advantage if you have a proclivity for illustrations and storyboard creation.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

Degree in Communication design or equivalent

Advanced user of the Adobe Creative suite as well as additional design software, tools and equipment

Illustrations skills (icons, objects, character) will be considered as additional advantage

Exposure to storyboarding for videos/animations is a plus

Comfortable in a windows base work environment

Good written and verbal skills in English are required

Good presentation skills are desired

Knowledge in color management, typography and print techniques

Knowledge in digital and online communication

Experience requirements

Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a relevant field of design work, probably in an independent role.

International experience is an advantage, either through work abroad or through working with international companies and customers.

Experience from creative agency work is an advantage

You come with an inquisitive mind and never stop challenging status quo. You are a good team player but you do not shy away from taking your own initiative and work independently when needed. You set high standards and have an eye for details and quality.
