Atlas Rosetta Hiring for Account Executive at New Delhi Full Time

Atlas Rosetta is an international technology venture builder and branding consultancy. Headquartered in Singapore, the technology arm provides product management, marketing, design and engineering services. Our branding arm of our business deals with website and web application design, crafting and designing the brand look and feel, and creating all manner of advertising material companies may need. Our team is based in the UK, Europe, Asia, and North America. We help clients tackle problems head-on, creating intelligent, innovative, and beautiful solutions and strategies to push growth.

We are looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for fully understanding a client’s needs and determining whether our team can meet those needs. The Account Executive will work with the design team to ensure the company’s services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards.

The Account Executive is responsible for:

• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
• Working with the sales and design team to discuss potential clients’ project goals and progress of pitch presentation documents
• Developing budgets and timelines for clients
• Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
• Doing market research on clients’ industries and build out possible project recommendations
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
• Present products to prospective clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Manage project operations and timelines
• Responding to work in a timely manner

Candidates for this role will be working the working hours of the North American market. Candidates must be willing to work from 830AM – 5PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹41,000.00 per month
