Project office coordinator A Project and Program Management Office (PMO) is a central hub that provides structure and centralized coordination in order to support, enable and ensure Projects and Programs achieve objectives.
A Project Office Coordinator supports the Project or Program Manager / Director in early detection and management of risks, while ensuring overall control of plans, financial results, reporting, quality, team and stakeholder management, by independently covering at least 2 of the PMO services.
Additionally, the Project Office Coordinator ensures project or program workforce has a thorough understanding of processes, executes them according to standards and increases speed and ensure repeatability of delivery by consistent application of methodology.
Ensure the project is strictly following the existing methodology, as applicable. Able to use Atos systems, processes dans standarsfor managing and controlling projects
Organize & chair program meetings.Moderate and ensure structure in following-up and actions tracking
Contribute to the set-up of a structured reporting mechanism, control and report on most critical next steps
Set up, maintain and ensure the quality of the Program Repository
Contribute to effective and structured communication
Acts in the best interests of the customer.

Creates a (Gantt) schedule and maps project deliverables to define output-based project milestones. Creates and tracks progress, taking into account dependencies and milestones.
