Position: Senior Manager – Government Partnerships

Location: Pune/ Mumbai ( on site )

Budget: 10-14 LPA

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the strategy for acquisition of partners (schools, NGOs, Governments) aligned with the organization goals
• Guide the Manager to design and monitor replicable and scalable processes for program expansion
• Review data with the Managers to identify problem areas and enable solutions to address them
• Research and learn from best practices to improve the overall vertical
• Focus on leveraging technology to streamline and simplify processes
• Support the Managers and teams in the program through enhancing their capability to manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in establishing large scale partnerships, especially with Governments
• Experience in managing small to medium teams within a complex environment
• Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , Hindi and Marathi
