Job Responsibilities:
Well versed in calendar management, email management, scheduling meetings both internal and external.
Good understanding of vendor relations and account management including banking, invoice creation, payment follow ups, etc.
Maintaining instagram and other social media analytics sheets and records
HR and Administrative support for team including attendance and salary payouts
End to End coordination with vendors
Creating contracts for new empanelled vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
