Job Responsibilities:
Well versed in calendar management, email management, scheduling meetings both internal and external.
Should have good experience in vendor relations and account management including banking, invoice creation, payment follow ups, etc.
Maintaining instagram and other social media analytics sheets and records
End to end coordination with vendors for photoshoots
HR and administrative support for team including attendance and salary payouts creating contracts for new empanelled vendors
