POSITION PROFILE
Reporting to the Project Head and GM – HR & Admin
Relevant experience in Construction/Infrastructure in site HR & Administration role
Key Responsibilities
Handling Statutory Compliances under Contract Labour Act, PF ACT, ESIC ACT, BOCW Act, Min. wages Act, Payment of Wages Act and few others.
Maintaining of Records, Registers and Returns under the above Acts. Preparing wages and salary of contractual employees.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave data etc.) according to the Company policy
General Administration like, Welfare of employees at construction site, Vehicles movement, Shift Management, site accommodation etc.
