Job summary
Position: ER Ops Admin
The central objective of Amazon’s Employee Relations team is to ensure our organization’s treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with our framework of core business values and objectives.

It is imperative to safeguard this proposition by taking conscious and proactive efforts. The individual will be responsible to drive agenda of creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, engagement and a high performance, customer-obsessed culture.
The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources including employee feedback mechanisms to identify trends and insights that can be used to highlight important aspects
Provide MIS support. Prepare and publish dashboards
Partner to engage in continuous improvement of communication vehicles and ACL practices
Support and advise operations and HR partners on effective change management
Connect with associates in person / virtually and understand their experience in terms of what’s working well and what needs improvement
Identify the issues / concerns that need to be resolved. Document the responses received in prescribed format. Work with Site teams to ensure timely closure of all issues identified.
Prepare consolidated reports for reviews with ER and HR teams
Should be able to travel to sites within the base region for regular site visits, and cross-region for any exigency
Partner with the HR Business Partner/ ER Manager in conducting necessary investigations
Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive OTR engagement initiatives
Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive ER climate
Support the ERMs in driving the ER capability building agenda for respective business/PXT teams.
Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; help ERM’s in analysis based on survey results
Responsible in conducting compliance board audit during regular site visit.
Experience in employee relations and adept at HR statutory compliance.Education: Graduate
