- Track all resourcing requirements across different engagements in the BU- Responsible to liaise with RMG, recruitment teams, Account managers and drive the fulfilment of resource requirements- Ensure availability of adequate panels from the respective delivery stakeholders to assist in interviews, assist in screening profiles- Responsible to create, maintain RRFs for the BU- Periodic discussions with the account managers and revisit recruitment priorities
