1. Data Entry with good knowledge on MS Excel and MS Word.
2. Should be good with typing speed.
3. He/ She should have good communications skills, good command over English language and computer usage.
3. To received customer complaints, update in systems, forward to engineers & update reports
4. To maintain regular attendance of employees
5. Follow up with customer for AMC renewals & Pending Payment
6. Mail to customer regarding Estimate, Bill, Tax invoice
7. Experience in Elevator Industry would be preferred
