Job description

• Medical records review identify gaps in documentation
• Review chart and perform medicine reconciliation
• Works to create efficient systems and workflows within the clinic
• Collect and input patient data, insurance information and financial information into computer system
• Handing of electronic medical records, patient charts etc.
• Patient interaction and satisfaction survey
• Client Communication
• Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduation (Science preferred).
• Pharma/life science/medical education is a big plus.
• Should have worked in medical billing or hospital setting for a minimum of 1 year.
• Freshers with excellent English communication are also eligible (only medical/pharma background)
• Excellent US Ascent /pronunciation.

Schedule:

• Night shift(5 days working).
