We are looking for a Call center Sales Manager for an Australia process working 4:30 am to 1:30 pm IST.

* The experience required is 5 years in the international sales process.

As a successful candidate you will-

• Hire, train and onboard new Call Center Agents as required.
• Place job ads, shortlist candidates, conduct interview, do the onboard formalities, Train and go live
• Provide training, coaching and assistance to call center agents on an ongoing basis
• Introduce and implement quality checks for quality monitoring purposes,
• Allocate and achieve sales targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Identify areas of improvement for increasing of sales performance
• Develop script for sales process,
• Develop qualifying criteria for sales pitch
• Develop internal process for managing leads
• Process weekly sales leads reports for submission to management
• Outcall customers for sales on daily basis
• Data sorting, data upload, data management, dialer management

Pre requisite requirements-

• A laptop or a desktop,
• Stable wifi connection
• Sound proof headphones

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years of international sales experience
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with call center agents,
• Experienced with phone sales and confident in calling a mix of cold and warm outbound calls
• Superior communication skills and innovative ideas
• High level of attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Self-motivated with a well-organized work ethic
• Ability to quickly absorb new technology concepts
• Strong Computer Knowledge and a genuine interest in new technologies
