Australian accounting at Remote only Full Time

Exp : 5+ yrs

Work Mode : Remote

Timing : 4 AM to 1 PM IST

Client : Australia based

Description of duties include but not limited to:

– Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable

– Debt recovery and follow-up on corporate client statements

– Payroll processing and statutory lodgements (PAYG, BAS, Super)

– Financial reporting and dashboard creation in Power BI

– Using Xero, Dext, ConnectWise PSA, and Kaseya Quote Manager

– Monitoring and managing accounts inbox, calls and voicemails

– Supporting process improvement and system optimisation

– Collaborating with internal team and Director on finance operations

– Assisting in the migration of accounts@ inbox into ConnectWise board

– Handling Finance related Teams phone management and call responses

For internal…it will be end-to-end including payroll, financial control and projection – potential someone who can help set up processes for growth, venture funding and team expansion –

•  clients are AUS mainly (client) and India (internal)
