JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Quality Analyst

Experience: 2-3 yrs

Qualification: BE or Diploma in Mechanical / Production with excellent academics

Required Skill Set:
Should have hands on experience in Automotive Product/Part Development as STA (Supplier
Technical Assistant)/SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)

• PPAP, APQP Documentation: PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, process capability analysis,

Product & Process Audit, Layout Inspection, Dimensional report analysis, Inward inspection
report analysis, 5S, 7QC Tools, G8D, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, Risk Assessments.

• Quality Management Systems processes & documentation: IATF 16949
• Rejection & Warranty cost analysis.
• Tool, Jigs & Fixtures inspection & buy off process.
• Experience of Quality Audits of OEMs & supplier audits.
• Should have data analysis skills to reduce number of tests carried out on certain part.
• Should have experience in various commodity parts e.g., Sheet Metal, Plastic.
• Should be familiar with usage of quality instruments handling.
• Candidate with knowledge of Minitab software is preferred.
• Excellent command over MS office tools, communication & presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
