Autobahn is a Multinational IT Company headquartered in Chennai, India and development Centre for various Europe, Malaysia and USA customers. We are a fast-growing software startup developing mobile and web applications for the Energy, Telecommunication, e-commerce, logistics industries and others. We work as a team with full and proper co-operation for the past 2+ years for SMEs (Small, Medium and Large sized Enterprise) by a group of developers who were working together to form the IT company in developing and delivering various IT/Software projects.

Technical

GST Compliance – Monthly Return filing, Refund Application

and respective follow up with the GST department

Income Tax Compliance – ITR Filing, TDS Filing (TDS will be applicable

for vendor payments)

Accounting – Maintenance of Books of Accounts, Invoicing, Monthly MIS

Reports, Financial Statements, other business and operations support,

consulting and advisory as and when arises

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of GST and Income Tax (from preparation to submission)

• Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and/or payment discrepancies

• Timely preparation and finalising GST returns

• Monthly Profit and Loss Statement

• Registration of companies and procedures (optional)

• ESI, PF, Professional tax and shop act compliances (optional)

• Complete taxation work including Audits like Tax audits, statutory Audits etc,. and accounting

• Maintenance of books

• Attending Scrutiny, hearings and appeal related GST, Income tax and other tax matters (if applicable)

• Audit of all vouchers every month w.r.t. categorisation of invoice files, purchase files, tax acknowledgement

• Be conceptually strong in accounts and Journal entries

• Have exposure in finalisation of accounts

• Have experience in the preparation of tax returns

• Have Maintained day to day Transactions / Reconciliations

• Have exposure to verifying General Ledger

• Possess good analytical skills
