Position Overview

Autodesk is hiring Talent Scout/Researcher with strong sourcing experience on social media and other platforms like Linkedin , Twitter , Github for sales and consulting function across geo.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights

• Source for future roles and active role on various platforms like Linkedin , Twitter , Google , GitHub and other job boards for Sales organization across 3 geos APAC , AMER & EMEA

• Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements & identify and build talent pipelines for current/future sales roles

• Identify and nurture top talent. Proactively build long-term pipeline for current and future roles

• Deliver a diverse and qualified candidate pool

• Building good pipeline of Employee Referrals

• Experience working on various ATS like Workday

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of sourcing experience in AMER/ EMEA / APAC Region

• Must have Sourcing experience on Linkedin , Google and other platforms

• Must have Experience in Boolean Search, X ray search etca

• Experience on Candidate Management Systems like Beamery , Avature etc

• Good communication skills. Good Stakeholder Management skills

• Have research experience and Proven track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadlines

• Experience working with Workday

• BE/Btech or Graduate in Any steam

• Strong Talent Sourcing experience across geographies

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
