Lead the HR Team to evaluate and make recommendations on the implementation of business process improvements and to identify efficiencies attainable through business process refinement. * Perform periodic audits of HR Systems to ensure system credibility and data integrity across the sites. * Ensure company compliance with state and central labour laws and those of ESI, PF and other statutory and government bodies * Drive employee engagement programs and have a good sense of employee disengagement factors * Maintain candidate and employee files, records, and job descriptions, with specific focus on labour law and compliances. * Create/update HR process documentation for the HR workflows company wide. * Responsible for payroll management which includes employees record maintenance, salary preparation, disbursement, records of unpaid wages etc.
