ARAI-Advance Mobility Transformation & Innovation Foundation (AMTIF) is a section 8 company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The company is promoted by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) situated in Pune, Maharashtra. At present ARAI-AMTIF is supporting startups under the aegis of Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI), Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSInS), Government of Maharashtra.

We are looking for the following position for our Marketing & Business Development Department

Designation: Project Executive (Marketing and Business Development)– 01 No. (ARAI-AMTIF Contractual)

Location: Pune

Experience: 1-3 Years

The ideal Marketing and Business Development Executive at ARAI-AMTIF should have a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing strategies, with the ability to create compelling content and promotional materials for various platforms. They should be proficient in managing social media, CRM tools, and stakeholder databases to enhance visibility and engagement. The candidate must be capable of supporting outreach, branding, and business development efforts across incubation, acceleration, and innovation programs. Collaboration with startups and internal teams to highlight success stories, along with organizing events and maintaining effective communication and reporting, is essential to this role.

Job Description:

• Support and assist the team in developing and executing marketing strategies for ARAI-AMTIF’s programs and services.
• Develop, manage, and monitor social media platforms to promote AMTIF initiatives, startups, and events.
• Create content and marketing collateral for online and offline channels including brochures, presentations, newsletters, reports, website, etc.
• Coordinate branding and outreach for acceleration, incubation, and innovation programs.
• Support business development activities including stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain and update the CRM and stakeholder databases.
• Collaborate with startups and internal teams to showcase success stories, updates, and promotional content.
• Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, workshops, and webinars.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and impact assessment for communication and marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements/Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline. Certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Communication or Business Development will be an added advantage.
• Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, social media management, or related areas. Experience in the Startup/Incubation/Innovation ecosystem is desirable. Freshers need not apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media management platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Content writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Understanding of startup ecosystems, incubators, and innovation-driven environments preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Tenure: Annual contract renewable every year for a maximum period of 03 years
