• Ensure timely booking of Revenue Invoices in the Accounting system. Managing the Invoice verification process and ensuring all compliances
• Timely booking of Vendor Invoices in the system after checking the Purchase Order and GRN.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Vendor Reconciliations, Balance Confirmations, and Creditors Ageing Management
• Accounting of petty cash disbursed to sites / branches by recording entries; verifying documentation
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Comparing Actual Expenses incurred with reference to Budgets given
• Coordinating with auditors for audits & resolving their queries
• Preparation of bank reconciliation on a daily basis Managing Inter-Company transactions
• Having close coordination with the different departments
• Handling Tax compliances like preparation of TDS summary, TDS challan, TDS return filing, TCS summary, and return filing
• Ensuring compliance with GST like preparation of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B summary, GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B filing
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
