We are looking for ambitious, driven, talented youngsters to be a part of our HR team. In this role, you will be a key member of Avataar’s HR team, driving successful outcomes across business engagements.

The position will be based out of our Bangalore office and will be reporting to the HR leader of the company.

What will you do :

• Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices.
• Improve and monitor employee productivity.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Evaluate staffing needs in consultation with Business
• Plan and manage staff wellness initiatives.
• Engage with Leaders
• Improving relations between staff and employers.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts.

What we look for:

• 5- 8 years of experience as a HRBP preferably from Tech Product companies/ New age start-ups.
• MBA in HR from top-tier B-school
• Excellent communicator
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to connect, influence and persuade leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills and transparent collaborative working style.
• Passion to work in a start-up culture and ability to get things done.
• Persistence and resilience coupled with ability to multi task. .
