Duties and Responsibilities:
- To lead on, coordinate and develop Group ICRA CSR and ESG strategy/framework.
- To lead on and coordinate with NGO Partners
- To manage SEBI’s BRSR reporting requirements
- To manage the CSR budget to ensure the budget is adhered to
- To keep the CSR strategy and programmes under review and adapt as appropriate to stay aligned with the CSR mission.
- To coordinate with the internal auditors and statutory auditors with respect to CSR
- Manage employee volunteering activities and recommend adoption of best practices
