Job Description

Urgent opening for Dispatch Supervisor with minimum 5years Experience.

Working Timing:10:00am – 6:30pm

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring products are dispatched on time, using specialist transport and in accordance with quality requirements

Ensuring vehicles and drivers comply with legal requirements

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

Determine staffing levels and assign workload

Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems

To check whether the product pricing and batch no matches as per the available stock.

To make sure whether the goods should be dispatched from courier or transport.

To arrange and count the products mentioned in the final invoice to be dispatched.

To cross verify the batch no and price mentioned in both invoice and product.

To cross verify the weight that is mentioned in the register and the weight that is mentioned in the Bill of the courier company.

To contact the courier or transport people for courier auto for dispatching the goods.

To do proper follow ups with the transport or courier company, if the goods are not dispatched to the customers on time.

To inform about the shortage of stock to concern person and make sure the inventory is maintained properly.

To everyday cross verify the register maintained in the inventory and cross check the entries made by workers in inventory.
