We are looking for someone to join our new age event managment agency for the profile of business development. Someone who is willing to work in a startup company, adapt to this new normal post covid scenario. An individual supporting the work culture, improving operations, making a valuable contribution to the organisation.

A Marketing Enthusiast who understands all the verticals of events. Understanding in Digital Marketing & Brand Communications is an added bonus.

Responsibilities : –

• The Person should identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts

• Proven ability, willingness, and desire to manage marketing activities and events across India with extreme attention to detail and a high bar for quality. Write and speak effectively for audiences of varying sizes.
• Work with cross-functional teams. Manage working across multiple cities in India. Be physically, on-the-ground in locations within India, roll up sleeves and get work done when required.
• Oversee program and events budget in India and be responsible for expenditures within your span of control.

• Writing business proposals & making stellar presentations

• Person who can make a Growth Strategy, take initiatives and drive P &L.

• Industry – Media, Pharmaceutical, Automobile, FMCG etc.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally

Requirements : –

• 3 – 9 years of experience in Marketing & Events in the Corporate Sector
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking & business acumen
• MBA in Marketing (preferably)
• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. G-Suite is an add on.

• Presentable and Confident
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• A result-oriented person.
• Confidence, self-motivation, flexible mind.
• Ability to plan own work and work independently.
• Should have a strong knowledge of the media & entertainment industry.
