About the Role
The freelance recruiter will work as a partner with AEx to help us increase our outreach to specific candidates looking out for opportunities across the open positions. The freelance recruiter will understand the details of the roles shared by us and can reach out to their Linkedin/Social-Media connections, network circle and if willing an active outreach to find interested and fit candidates for the aforementioned roles.
This is an entrepreneurial/independent opportunity and you will have complete freedom to work at your own convenience, in the roles of your choice from your personal space. Our payment model automatically rewards better performance thus helping you to generate a value driven source of income. We don’t bar you from working anywhere else as this is an entirely Gig/Freelance opportunity.
Commercials (Commission Based) :
We follow a standard, transparent and outcome-driven commercial model which essentially helps us reward based on performance.
Recruiter Fee = Rs 10,000/Candidate Selected and Joined
Key Terms:
Only those candidates who have continued their work for at least 15 days with the end client post joining, will be considered for billing.
The recruiter will raise and invoice for the billable candidates. (Format can be shared)
AEx will pay within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
Responsibilities :
The primary responsibility is to bring in qualified candidates while evangelising Awign Expert’s Brand and its proposition. This can be done through following ways:
Mode of Operation :
Post onboarding, the recruiter will be provided with Execution Stack which would include stuff like – AEx Collaterals, designated Sign Up form to capture leads, training and guidelines, etc.
The recruiter will be provided with a personalised Sign Up Form link through which they can request their candidates to apply.
The recruiter can share the Sign-Up link and other Collaterals with the interested candidates in their network or through their Social Media accounts.
The recruiter will be provided with Communication Guidelines to be followed while sharing such posts and messages.
AEx team will cater to the relevant responses and connect with the candidates to explain all the detailed modalities of the role.
AEx team will facilitate the assessment process between the end client and the candidate.
AEx will provide visibility on the responses received and will inform Selection of a candidate within 2 Business Days of confirmation from the end client.

How much time do I need to dedicate?
There is no boundation from AEx on the time commitment, the recruiter is free to work at his/her own convenience. You can even work for just a couple of minutes and share posts or spend more time and earn more and more by actively reaching out directly or through other channels.
What all do I have to communicate to the Candidates?
You will be provided with all the Collaterals and necessary training material to understand the AEx model and share with the Candidates. We will also provide details of open positions through Dashboards and JDs. You would only be required to share these documents electronically and get the candidates to fill in the form, while our team will take care of resolving all the queries etc over a call.
What is the earning potential here? How do I trust the credibility of the arrangement?
Although we have 50-100 positions open all the time so the earning potential is huge, we generally see about 4-5 selections from our recruiters per week who are doing active reach outs and are making anything between 30k- 1lakh.
In terms of credibility, we are the largest Gig player in India and have been funded by the likes of Michael and Susan Dell Foundation from the Dell Group. We have been in the market for 5 years and are here for the long run. Our clientele speaks out about our presence in the market and further growth avenues.
Can I work on this along with my existing job?
Sure you can, and we would encourage you to do so given your current employer does not bind you against it. Most of the Entrepreneurs/Professionals start their independent journeys while working on a full-time role, so you can too. We strongly recommend to refrain from using any company data or employee information or any other confidential information to fulfil this role.
