Global Claims Quality Assurance are a part of the Global Claims Team. The QA DA team’s core aim is to assist and work with all Claims audit functions by providing support and expertise to all internal Claims audit QA DA related activity. The main focus of the Global QA Framework is to improve claims outcomes through the QA cycle:
1) identification of necessary claims initiatives and good practice,
2) claims improvement recommendation,
3) claims improvement facilitation.
