As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing customer relationships and subsequently deliver renewal and upsell targets for your respective accounts. You will become the customer’s advocate within Axelerant and deliver a great customer experience. You will also be contributing to our sales and marketing goals by generating reference leads and positive testimonials from key stakeholders of your accounts.
You will proactively engage in the day-to-day Account Management of accounts and must be able to mitigate customer escalations and risks with the appropriate sense of urgency and build strong cross-departmental relationships with other stakeholders in the organization. You will be working directly with the Delivery and Project Management teams and would be regularly interfacing with the Digital Experience Consulting team towards adding continuous value to our customer partnerships.
Axelerant is seeking a candidate who can think strategically and execute tactically. You are data and metrics-driven, hands-on, detail-oriented, articulate and credible and have the ability to strategically work within accounts.

Special Considerations:
All of Axelerant’s roles are considered work from anywhere. However, some jobs are regionally specific due to sales or other onsite considerations. For example, when living in Costa Rica and applying for a US sales role, we will not consider you for that job opening.
Except for regionally specific jobs, like UK/US-based account executives or Canadian-based software contributors, our salaries are paid per India-based compensation plans.
Also, we typically expect people to have a two-to-four-hour crossover with the 11 AM to 7 PM India (UTC+05:30) timezone each workday for meetings and coaching.
