Full Job Description
Responsible for maintaining records of stock, generate quotations, PI, PO, invoices, DC’s as per business requirement and following up on monthly basis on their status. Coordinate with service engineers to ensure timely service to customers. Take charge of coordinating for trade shows, reserve booth space, order materials as per business requirement. Efficiently ensure that customer’s sales records and databases are accurate and up-to-date on the portal. Coordinate ship dates for all orders from manufacturing, providing managers timely updates on shipment status. Maintain, track and manage all demonstrations of product at customer locations, ensuring prompt sale or return of all equipment involved. Maintain an Excel spreadsheet for management to track: orders, ship dates, and sales. Generate documents such as PO to procure materials to ensure product availability for on-time delivery and prepare shipping documents.
