Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank located in Begusarai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing customer accounts, assisting with financial transactions, resolving customer queries, and providing support to the branch manager. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in sales and marketing activities to promote bank products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and banking software
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a team and assist in branch operations
- Experience in a similar role or in the banking industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
