Ayur Bethaniya Ayurveda Hospital is looking for a Front Office Executive.
Candidate must have excellent communication skill in Malayalam and English.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Candidate need to stay hospital hostel
Salary : 12,000.00 – 15,000.00
Food and Accommodation will be provided
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Sorting and sending mails
Financial Duties:
- Expense reports
- Billing
- Processing payments
