KRAs:1. Overall responsibility for the purchase function. should have had hands-on experience at each purchase department desk.2. Expert in vendor management and negotiation. Stores management.3. Asset Management cycle – Making an assessment of asset requirement, gathering specs and configuration, procurement process, configuration, handover, maintenance, and disposal. Ensuring all assets are tabulated tagged and assets are accounted for.4. Ensure smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the institution.5. Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including admin staff, housekeeping, maintenance, transport, grounds, and security.6.
