We have immediate openings for ‘Accountant/Senior Account Executive/ Assistant Accounts Manager’’ Profile.

Eligibility Criteria:

Role: Accountant/Senior Account Executive/ Assistant Accounts Manager

Qualification: CA/ICWA/B.COM/M.COM/CA-INTER/MBA-FINANCE

Good Communication Skills mandatory

Experience: 3-7 years

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and file accounting data, bookkeeping.

– To maintain spreadsheets monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports.

– Performing Accounting Reviews.

– Preparation of bank reconciliations and various day to day reports

– Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow, Annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performance.

– Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes on new updates.

– Provide Audit assistance. Oversee the External /Internal Audit, review and analyze results.

– Identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements. – Working on new projects covering various financial aspects.

– Ensure the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST and PF and ESI etc.

– Handle complete end to end P2P process, responsible for vendor compliance and drive credit with vendors.
– Streamline inventory movement process PAN India, ensure lean inventory management, optimize inventory plans.

Ideal candidate profile:

– Experience in Direct and Indirect taxation.

– Good understanding of Accounts and Finance knowledge.

– Working knowledge of GST and TDS and TCS.

– Problem solver with 2-5 years of relevant experience

– Good accounting knowledge (IGAAP)

– Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines

– Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge

– Ability to work in a team environment.

– Working experience in ‘’Perfect ERP’’ should be preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
